Our centre in Aleppo

A place of welcome, learning and hope

Opened in 2023, the centre gives a permanent base to work that began in Syria in 2017.

  • Local activities from Tuesday to Saturday for children, young people and their families.
  • Collaboration with a school in Hama and with EHIS in Aleppo for children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
  • Music, movement, nutrition, physio, creativity, concerts and encounters to welcome, connect and grow.

Artistic practice in the service of the project

Soumaya Hallak, cello professor, committed artist and educator, connects her artistic path with the work of 123 HOPE. Through Duo Syrham, Duo VO’CELLO and international collaborations, music becomes a language of peace, encounter and hope.
